• IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) Registration: Managing VAT for low-value goods imported from outside the EU to provide fast customs clearance and transparent pricing for your customers. By collecting VAT directly at the point of sale for shipments under €150. You eliminate unexpected VAT charges at the doorstep and reduce delivery delays. From 1 July 2026, a customs handling fee of €3 per item will apply to all low-value shipments entering the EU. An additional administrative fee of approximately €2 per item is expected later in 2026. These fees apply regardless of IOSS registration and should be factored into your pricing and customer communication.
