Understanding sustainability risks and future-proofing

ESG due diligence focuses, among other things, on environmental and social factors, topics that are becoming increasingly important to investors and buyers. Not only because of reputation and values, but also in connection with future reporting requirements such as the CSRD and ESRS standards.

In this analysis, we assess the company’s environmental policy, for example in terms of carbon emissions, energy consumption and permits. We also include social issues such as working conditions, diversity and human rights, as well as governance aspects such as integrity policy, governance and supervision. ESG due diligence makes visible the extent to which the company is prepared for the sustainability expectations of the future.
